Helen was the daughter of King Tyndareus of Sparta, Leda sister of Clytemnestra, Castor and, Pollux. When she was twelve years old, Helen was kidnapped by Theseus, the Greek Hero, who had planned to make Helen his wife. He took her to Attica in Greece and locked her up with his mother taking care of her. After she returned, her father realized that it was time for her to get married. So then suitors came in desiring to marry Helen. Among those looking to marry Helen, was the king of Ithaca, Odysseus, but surprisingly Helen chose Menelaus, the prince of Mycenae, to be her husband. After a while she gave birth to a daughter and son, and Menelaus eventually became the King of Sparta. Suddenly Paris, the Prince of Troy, traveled to Sparta and kidnapped Helen and took her by force. Once Helen's husband got back home, he and the Greeks organized an expedition to sail to Troy. Once they arrived the Trojan War began.
Surprisingly, before Paris died in the Trojan War Helen gave birth to a number of Paris's children. Unfortunately none survived. Helen then married Paris's brother Deiphobus. Once the Greeks won the War, Helen was reunited with Menelaus and together helped kill Deiphobus. Years later, Menelaus was still suspicious of Helen's feelings and loyalty.
